You can use Dez Services 24/7 with a reservation 24 hours in advance. For On-demand services, you can call or use the app for immediate service during our hours of operation:

*Members can use any Dez service 24/7 and outside the hours of operation with a reservation 24 hours in advance.
What services does Dez offer?
Dez offers many designated driver services depending on your needs.
Personal Driver Service: hire a driver to chauffeur you wherever you need to go, no matter how many stops you need to make.
On-Demand Pickup Service: hire a driver to pick you up and get you and your car back home safely.
Event Services: hire teams of drivers to get your guests and their cars home from your party, wedding, corporate event, or other large gathering where you have an open bar or where alcohol is being consumed.
Shuttle Services: Great for Weddings or Corporate Events.
Medical Transportation: hire a drive to pick you and your car home from your medical procedures including medical procedures that require sedation.

How do I reserve a driver in advance?
Reserving a driver through Dez is easy. Just use our website or download the official DDNY smartphone app.

Do I get to choose my own driver?
Yes – when you make a reservation, you can request specific driver attributes, including "male," "female," or "non-smoker".
If you've used DDOB in the past, you may also request a favorite driver you've used previously.
How much does it cost?
Prices differ depending on the type of service you choose (personal driver, pickup service, or event services) and your location.

Where can I go with a Dez driver?
When you reserve a personal driver with Dez, your reservation is based on time, not destination. That means your personal driver will take you wherever you need to go, picking up your friends and making as many stops as you want to make for as long as you have reserved the service. The driver will also wait for you as needed. As long as we can get there and back within the period of your reservation, we can take you there!
How does DEZ compare to UBER or a taxi service?
While both DDOB drivers and taxi drivers take customers where they want to go in exchange for a fee, DDOB differs from a traditional taxi service in that our drivers operate our customers’ automobiles for them. We do not operate taxis that are hailed on streets; instead, our private drivers are pre-booked using our website, telephone number, or smartphone app.
Does Dez provide limousine services?
DDOB provides personal drivers to drive you in your car. Many of our drivers hold commercial drivers licenses and have been or are currently professional limousine drivers as well.
Can I use Dez for reasons other than a designated driver?
Yes. Dez has many clients who use our services weekly for getting to and from medical appointments, traveling for business, etc. While we developed Dez with designated driving services in mind, we are offering a personal driving service that can be used in any way you might need a personal chauffeur. When you reserve a personal driver, you can have your driver take you anywhere you need to go.
